Annual General Meeting (AGM) Tuesday, February 17th

(Feb 5, 2009) The following names have been proposed for the 2009 NW Executive. To properly install the executive, we will need to hold and Annual General Meeting (AGM), which I will propose for Tuesday, February 17th, 8:00pm at Rockingham School library. We will accept challenges for any position or nominations from the floor at the AGM.

One important note for the Registrar’s position. I have an agreement with Diane MacDonald that she will conduct the initial registration process (given her experience and readiness) around the 3rd week in February. We have a small committee of volunteers that have agreed to help out. However, we will need a new Registrar to take on the role at the end of March to provide reporting throughout the season. It was our believe that this would be the best way to transition this role, and prepare the new Registrar for the 2010 season.
