Team Atlantic Lacrosse 2011

To all eligible Female Bantam and Midget Lacrosse Players and Parents in Nova Scotia:

Lacrosse Nova Scotia is thrilled to announce that New Brunswick and Nova Scotia will be teaming up to create ‘Team Atlantic’ teams to compete at the Nationals this summer in British Columbia.
Atlantic Teams will be selected

for both the Bantam and Midget divisions.

We invite you to attend tryouts for the Bantam (1998 & 1997) or Midget (1996 & 1995) Team Atlantic Lacrosse Team for the 2011 season. Practices will run out of each province beginning in early March, with the teams travelling to train together a few times before heading to the National Championships in British Columbia July 23-28th.

The program will offer players a high level of training and competition, and we expect both teams to have a great competitive season.

We invite all female lacrosse players and their parents to join us for an information session on Tuesday, March 1, 2011. The meeting will provide interested players and parents the opportunity to meet the coaches for both teams and to receive an outline of the plans for the team (including commitment level, travel plans, budget expectations). There will also be a question and answer segment following the information session. The session will take place at Rockingham School Library at 7pm.
