Gear Swap nets players new gear and $400 in cash

The NW Rebels Gear swap helped put some cool cash into the hands of parents and players last weekend, and sent some players home happy with “new to me” lacrosse gear. Our thanks go out to Lynn Neave for organizing the Swap, and to Kathy Powell and the other volunteers who helped size and sell the players throughout the day.
If you still have ‘experienced’ gear left over, don’t forget the online Buy and Sell Forum on this website. It’s easy – and its free!
Time Keepers
Calling all timekeepers for lacrosse.
We are looking for some new timekeepers to join our roster that currently serves Dalhousie Memorial Arena. Please note - this is a paid position (rates start at $7.50/ hr).

Northwest Rebels Lacrosse - Opportunities:
The huge success of the Rebels association is from a combined effort of players, coaches, managers, officials, executives, parents and fans!
With the continued year to year change in our membership as new Tykes enter the game and our Juniors move on to new challenges, we need to expand our group of volunteers.
Northwest Hosts "Try Lacrosse" Tues 24th
(update Feb. 27th) Northwest successfully hosted 'Try Lacrosse' at Rockingham school last Thursday. The session gave both parents and kids an introduction to this great sport. Many thanks to all the volunteers.
For the boys, we do appreciate you giving back to the younger kids, by volunteering your time and setting a good example.
